Description:
When the user attempts to change their wallpaper from their homescreen, hold tap on an open part of the screen to access dialog => 'Change Wallpaper' => 'Wallpaper', they will observe the dialog header "Select from:" linger at the bottom of the screen for a moment.

Repro Steps:
1) Update phone to 20150723010305
2) Hold tap a homescreen //dialog appears
3) Tap 'Change Wallpaper'
4) Tap 'Wallpaper'
5) Observe dialog drop and header 'Select from:'

Actual: 
Dialog header remains on screen for a moment

Expected:
Dialog header flies off screen; wallpaper selection revealed

Mass update: Resolve wontfix all issues with legacy homescreens.

As of 2.6 we have a new homescreen and having these issues open is confusing. All issues will block bug 1231115 so we can use that to re-visit any of these if needed.
