STR & RESULT:
1. Go into panorama mode (Ctrl+Shift+E). Make sure you have only 1 tab group placed at top-left corner
2. Place you mouse over the bottom part of a top-left panel
3. Press left mouse button
4. Мove mouse around by some pixels, "trying to move the panel up".
5. When your mouse will hit that very pixel where you pressed your left mouse button, then the tabs will go down, just like on the video.

It may be a bit tricky to reproduce, but it's .js so it should be reproducible on any machine. Also, some random person on #firefox reproduced it.

EXPECTATIONS: Tabs will follow the tab group.

Oh, I have a bit easier STR. Step 4 should be:
4. Move your mouse to the right by ~100px, so that this tab group does not stick to left and right sides of the window. Then move mouse up and down several times, trying not to unstick it from the upper side of the window.

Panorama has been removed from Firefox 45, currently in Beta and scheduled for release on March 7th. As such, I'm closing all existing Panorama bugs.

If you are still using Panorama, you will see a deprecation message in Firefox 44, and when 45 is released your tab group data will be migrated to bookmarks, with a folder for each group. There are also a few addons offering similar functionality.

We're removing Panorama because it has extremely low usage (about 0.01% of users), and has a large number of bugs and usability issues. The cost of fixing all those issues is far too high to justify, and so we'll instead be focusing our time and energy on improving other parts of Firefox.
