I created an account (email: alessio.placitelli@gmail.com/ user: Dexterp37) on the Wiki, it was approved. When I tried to log in the first time, it didn't allow me to log in (wrong password). I tried to reset the password, but that didn't work as well. The new password did not work and I'm still unable to edit the wiki.
Thanks,
Alessio Platicelli
When you say you are not able to login, what happens when you try?
What username (exactly) are you trying to log in with?
What happened when you tried to reset your password?

I try to log in with the "Dexterp37" username. When I try to log in with my temporary password, to access the account and set a new one, it says

"Login error
Incorrect password entered. Please try again. "

I've just tested the password reset and it appears to be working.

To summarize, you have:

- requested a password reset
- received the password rest email with the temporary password
- tried to login with the temporary password and not been able to

Is that correct?

If so, please try logging in again, and make sure you are entering the temporary password exactly:

* If you copy and paste from the password reset email, make sure not to copy any extra characters (especially whitespace).
* If you type it, make sure you type it exactly and watch out for confusing characters (I's that looks like l's, etc.).
* If you have a password manager installed, make sure the password manager isn't overriding the temporary password with your old password.

It looks like the password manager was overriding the password.

Thanks Christie, it works now!
