bug 1078209 introduced MAX_RESULTSET_FETCH_SIZE = 100 which limits the number of results displayed in Treeherder given a date or revision range. If we wish to keep this limit, we should document it in the Treeherder UI documentation.
I can load more than 100 pushes now; presuming something changed since?
