*** observed with 2002-01-07 build *** In this build i have to reload a no-mime message body before i reply to it. Steps to reproduce: - have a cyrillic message with no-mime info in the folder; - set a folder charset to cyrillic koi8-r; - select the message; - note the display is fine, click "Reply" and observe the message body is quoted garbled. If you would reload the message (even though the charset is pointing to koi8-r and is displaying correctly) then the reply would quote the body fine. This is a regression.
It is especially a nuisance in the newsgroup where i have ja, ru, tw,cs newsgroup and i assign different charsets to those folders, so now before replying i have to reload a message.

i would mark this bug as fixed but i see a new problem with forwarding: the message body diplsays garbled and the header is blank.. I'll open a new bug for forwarding. If i would reload a message the forward inline would be fine.
