There should be an option in the user account configuration to do not send e-mails saying "*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 102952 ***". It is sometimes very annoying.
Changing default owner of Email Notifications component to JayPee, a.k.a. J. Paul Reed (preed@sigkill.com). Jake will be offline for a few months.
