Steps to reproduce:

Using windows 8.1. Looking at current tab, the close button is partially obscured and is a white x on a grey background. When the mouse is moved over the tab, the close button is unobscured, but still has a grey background, unlike the close tab buttons on the other tabs

As above


Expected results:

Close tab button should not be obscured and look same as other close tab buttons.
