Attached file imap 38.0 beta log
After upgrading to Thunderbird 38.1.0, I can no longer login into my IMAP server as I used to.

It seems to me that even though Thunderbird issues a `capability` command right after upgrading to TLS, it simply ignores the reply.

Since my server does not advertise AUTH commands over insecure connections, I can no longer set my account to use STARTTLS instead of a dedicated SSL/TLS port.

I'm attaching two IMAP log files: one from Thunderbird 38.0 beta, and the other from TB 38.1.0 (current release). I removed everything after "login succeeded" from the first one, because it's irrelevant, meanwhile the second file is intact.
