User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_10_4) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/44.0.2403.107 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open firefox.
2. Open a page with a scrollbar
3. Scroll the page to the bottom
4. Watch the translucent top bar


Actual results:

The translucent top bar shows the content behind the window of Firefox.


Expected results:

The translucent top bar should show the content of the hidden part of the page by the scrollbars.
Just like it happens on Safari, the system PDF viewer and every Cocoa application.

This was an intentional design decision, see bug 1052466 comment 11 and bug 1050804 comment 11.

(I'd personally prefer no vibrancy over wrong vibrancy, but it's not my decision to make.)

We've now stopped using vibrancy entirely, and the overscroll version is wontfix, so -> wfm.
