Steps to reproduce:

System is Windows 8.1 x64
* Have Thunderbird open
* Put system into standby. 
* Wake system


Actual results:

Thunderbird does not check for new RSS items at the interval set in the options.


Expected results:

Thunderbird should have checked for new RSS items at the interval set in the options.

Manually doing so via the "get messages" button works fine but does not enable the interval, you have to press the button every time.
Ok I lied, after hitting the button manually a few times, it starts kicking back in.
