Steps to reproduce:
Screen resolution: 1366x768 (looks same with other res like 1366x768). Resized (not maximized) window does not change glitch.
Using Firefox Developer Edition 41.0a2 20150726004010:
Open new tab.
Actual results:
Close button looks glitched - it is too big for placement. See attached picture. On hover it looks okay.
Expected results:
Button should looks normally like in hover effect.
