STR:
* Boot up the phone
* Press the power button to turn off the screen
* Wait a while and then get adb logcat.

Expected result: the device should suspend there should be no log entries when the screen is off
Actual result: there is still hw compositor log in the log, showing that the device doesn't actually suspend (refer to the attachment).

Attachment: Logcat when the screen is off

This is the logcat containing activities while the screen is off. I got this log after rebooting and turning off the screen. At 11:48 the screen is off but we still see that the b2g process has activities:

There will definitely continue to be logcat entries after the screen is off. The phone will go into and out of suspension, depending on background activities, etc.

However, I wouldn't have expected the hwcompositor to still be doing anything after the screen is turned off.
