User Story

Summary:
* As a user that allows a single permission request, I want to see a change in the identity block to reflect my decision.

User wants to allow permission.
User wants to block permission.

Acceptance Criteria: 
* User should see the control center icon state for when permission has been allowed (i with badging)
*User should see the control center icon and the blocked permission's icon to the right of the "i"
