As noted in Bug 1188550, if we change Fennec to send a non-ascii value in its user-agent string, syncserver blows up with a 500 Server Error. I suspect it's trying to include the user-agent string in its logs as bytes, and triggering UnicodeError of some sort.

8yo bug against the previous architecture. Closing as INVALID.
