Overview: Print Address Book and lists don't print properly

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select an Address Book in the directory pane (the ab should include a list)
2. File|Print

Actual Results:
1. The name of the list is printed 3 times, followed by the addresses in the 
list.
2. The addresses are printed in the order shown when you look at the list via 
the properties dialog. 

Expected Results:
1. The name of the list should be printed once, followed by the addresses in the 
list.
2. Should the order match what's seen in the list dialog or should it be in 
alphabetical order. I think it should be alphabetical.

Marking nsbeta1, printing should produce a document clear of triplicate text.
