Mozilla's SVN server will be shutting down sometime next year (2016), so we should move this to a git server somewhere. Github would be nice so that we can potentially use webhooks to notify bedrock of updates, but git.mozilla.org would be a fine choice as well. NOTE: It's important to preserve the commit history for the credits CSV file as it contains notes on the additions to the file. The import from SVN -> GIT should therefore include all history.
