Static files aren't fully built, because babel cannot be found. See build-error.txt in the attachments for more details. Disabling the not-yet-used translate app is a quick fix: https://github.com/mozilla/pontoon/commit/7399fe6f57e4381fa1f4d2572621b7096ae21474
