We have a great tool for generating fake data for our PostgreSQL database. But now that Elasticsearch is getting more and more important in Socorro, we really need to have something similar for it. And since we are currently trying to move reports from postgres to ES, it would be very useful to have the same data in both databases.

Instead of building an equivalent of fakedata for ES, I'll just build a tool to migrate data from postgres to ES. So in your dev environment, you'll first generate some fakedata with setupdb_app --fakedata, and then run another script to duplicate that data into Elasticsearch.
