For the Payment project, we need to deploy Kinto on https://pay-storage.stage.mozaws.net

The puppet recipes from the readinglist server can be used since it is the same code base.

The Kinto server for the payment storage won't need to be deploy finally.

Also we will need other Kinto stage environment quite soon:
 - one for the Fennec OTA updates
 - one for the Security Policies synchronisation with Firefox.

I am closing this bug and will open two others bugs as soon as we've got projects agenda.
For now, I am going to deploy manually a dev environment for the Fennec OTA update project.
