Version: CVS pull from circa 15:30 pacific time today.

Links that 'natively' open in a new window (if you left-button them; a link
with 'target=_blank' or the like) open in a new browser window that is not
my normal browser window size. It appears consistent that they open in a
window that is about 615 pixels wide and 480 high. If the same link is opened
via the middle mouse button (or 'open in a new window' from the menu popup)
it opens in a browser window that is my expected size.

This is a recent regression; a CVS pull and build from late Monday evening
does not do this.

I will attach a test case HTML file, but it's basically trivia.
Attached file HTML test case
The obvious HTML to open mozilla.org in a new window.
Worksforme. (BuildID: 2002 01 08 03 but Win98).
Linux only. Likely a duplicate.
worksforme linux build 2002-01-07-06, so it's a more recent regression than that...
is this (was this) bug 119006 (apparently fixed now)?
Seems to be a dup of bug 116610.
