From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en-US; rv:0.9.7) Gecko/20011221 BuildID: 2001122106 I open a browser window, type a url in the location field and press return. After the browser has finished loading the page, the location input field, the search and the print button, the Mozilla logo, simply everything right from the stop button disapears. I tried to hide and show the navigation bar, but the field and the buttons won't appear again. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open Browser Window 2. Type in url in location field 3. Press Return Actual Results: The stuff disapears. Expected Results: The stuff should still be there. Strange, but on the first day I used the Mozilla 0.97 everything worked fine. Than the trouble started, without any change in the Browser setup.
I tested Mozilla 0.97 with another user under the same Mac OS X, and it seemed to work fine. Then I reinstalled Mozilla 0.97. With User A there is still a bug, with User B not.
Reporter: Can you try it with a new profile ? (run "mozilla -profilemanager"
Try pressing F11 when everything disappears. Does that help?
F11 did help. Everything appeared! Is there a way, how I can permenantly get rid of it?
If mozilla doesn't store that you don't use the "full-screen" mode, delete the file "localstore.rdf" in your profile (contains only window positions, size,...)

Works with a new profile. Works when after I deleted localstore.rdf in the old profile. Thanks a lot for the fast response.
