Details

The current implementation doesn't detect correctly dot separated domains (like .co.uk). We should use something like https://publicsuffix.org/ to detect it correctly in all the cases
The TLD detection part of the doorhanger was removed in the latest spec. Let's re-open this if they put it back in.
