Details
Rather than a lightswitch, this should behave like a segmented button; if you click on the selected item, it should not switch over to the unselected one. We should use `cursor: default` on the selected item to help indicate this. We should also use a lighter blue, rather than a gray, on the unselected item.

OK, we're going to update the color of the control to be the same as the blue used in the mobile nav and New|Popular toggle.
