1189408 - aries-ota is occasionally updating the dogfood channel instead of the nightly channel

As per title.

We need to separate aries-ota to nightly channel strictly and aries-dogfood to dogfood channel strictly.

We are changing the build script to have a different mapping release name that is linked the release and rules.  Wander will follow up with a patch to have this done with bhearsum reviewing.
