So we either need to remove one of the (currently) generic "Privacy Policy" subheader, or make an additional request to get the App name to include it in the header (to make it "{App Name} Privacy Policy").

Verified in FF46(Win7, Android 4.2.1) and FFOS 2.6 (Flame)
The spoke header is used in the header and the app name is displayed in App Privacy Policy page
