==================================================================================
Once we have Django's native timezone support enabled we'll have access to the user's timezone and we should use the django-sundial app's abilities to automatically activate it.

What problems would this solve?
===============================
This would simplify the code to handle datetimes and have a more consistent UX when it comes to datetimes.

Who would use this?
===================
users

What would users see?
=====================
accurate datetimes

What would users do? What would happen as a result?
===================================================
n/a

Is there anything else we should know?
