1189510 - Opening App Icon Options from OS X Dock doesn't work when preferences inContent

Steps to Reproduce:

1. mail.preferences.inContent=true in Config Editor
2. Right click on Thunderbird app icon on the dock
3. Select "App Icon Options..." menu item

What happens:

Preferences tab is opened as expected

What was expected:

After the Preferences tab was opened, the App Icon Options subdialog should also appear.

No, the main window opens with the prefs tab but the App icon options dialog doesn't open.

Is this still valid with the newer perferences pane?
