Each paragraph seems to be put into its own scrollable element with no
scrollbar. However, you can drag up and down inside a paragraph to scroll it.
The problem may lie in the handling of CSS " OVERFLOW: auto; "

This is why you're supposed to describe the problem, instead of just claiming
"it's obvious".
I'm going to read minds and guess that the <p>s were too short and that roc's
sizing of overflowing auto-height content changes fixed this. If I'm wrong,
reopen and clearly explain what the problem is.
