1. Open dialer > settings > emergency contacter
2. set a default contactor
3. Swith on/off the first contactor

result: the contactor is cleaned

expect: remain showing previous contactor

The bug can be reproduced on latest build of Flame 2.2/2.5  and Aries 2.5 by the STR in comment 0.

Actual results:The contactor is cleaned.
