Steps to reproduce:

Add a new account, which is only for reading mails, not for sending.


Actual results:

Added Default Identity for sending Mail cannot be removed. The list of sender identities contains this identity, even when it cannot be used, because the server does not allow sending mails.


Expected results:

It should be possible to remove all identities belonging to an account, if needed.
