Make dragging external URI onto newtab grid work in e10s
Currently dragging a link the URL bar onto the grid of about:newtab doesn't place the link on the grid when e10s is enabled. STR: - Turn e10s on - Go to any website - Open a new tab (about:newtab) - Go back to the website and drag the URL link into the new tab page Expected Results: - The link dragged from URL should have created a new tile on the new tab page grid which should also be pinned Actual Results: - The link just opens up the webpage

Confirming the fix using latest Aurora, build ID: 20150816004012 (e10s enabled). Tested on Mac OS X 10.9.5, Windows 7 64-bit, Windows 10 64-bit and Ubuntu 12.04 32-bit. Filled bug 1195265, where the pin icon is missing from the UI on Mac OS X.
