Details

The API we use to decode was only introduced in the API >= 16. We currently only test if this platform is available in the MP4Decoder . There are now more platforms using the MediaFormatReader and the PlatformDecoderModules. It should be fully disabled on API < 16.
Need to check in the PDM interface, not just for mp4.
