When watching any video on YouTube only 360p is able to be selected. When watching the same video on Unity Browser or other browsers the full range of qualities is available. This can be very bad for users with slower internet connections that need to go down to 240 or 144.

Can you still reproduce this on a current official mozilla.org copy of Firefox?
Component: General → Audio/Video: Playback

Product: Firefox → Core

I'm confident that this issue is fixed since we shipped MSE/VP9 on by default on Linux. Re-open if there is still an issue.
