Landing page - home page

As a user, I would like to see the home screen when the device first turns on (for non-TV devices) with a nice background (static)

Just some note:
1. non-TV devices may refer to a set top box, a dongle, or etc.
2. The background refer to the background you can see in home app.

Maybe we need to do this with some build script?

If we decide to use the default wallpaper above, based on the description above, I think the current build has already achieved the use cases after the dashboard removal patch.
So I'll just close this bug directly. If someone found any situation that background is not shown correctly, please reopen it.
