Details
User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Fedora; Linux x86_64; rv:39.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/39.0
Build ID: 20150708164734
Steps to reproduce:
Open a newFirefox window by either
1) double click on firefox Icon.
or
2) File / New window
Actual results:
I am watching a video webinar in another Firefox window.
Playback is always interupted. It should not be.
Case 1) always causes video and sound playback to stop.
I have to go to the window and press play on the video player to resume playback.
Obviously this is bad.
Case 2) Always causes the video and sound playback to stop. today it has been continueing after the pickup.
Obviously this is bad.
Expected results:
Video image and sound playback should continue uninterrupted irrespective of activities of other Firefox windows.
BTW, in case it makes any difference you can replicate my test case by browsing to vimeo:

Hi Colin
I'm unable to replicate this. I'm able to execute scenario one and two.
Is it still happening for you?

So I created a new profile and this interuption does not happen now.
I shall begin re-adding extensions to see if i can determine if any of my plugin may be causing this.
Thanks
