STR:
* Pull up a reddit comment thread, i.e. http://www.reddit.com/r/AskReddit/comments/3fhy2o/reddit_what_should_everyone_buy_in_bulk/ for example.
* Scroll with arrow keys.
* Every now and then, random rectangular blocks of text will disappear like the screenshot attached.

First showed up in the 25-July nightly:
https://hg.mozilla.org/mozilla-central/pushloghtml?fromchange=b0b3dcfa5557&tochange=d3228c82badd

I don't think it's APZ's fault because I still see the issue with it disabled. I tried bisecting on inbound using mozregression, but it somehow ended up on sfink's push, which seems....unlikely. Bug 1172239 is nearby, though, which seems possibly related?

I'm on Win10 now but also saw it on Win8 prior to upgrading.

Oh, this may be a dupe of bug 1187619. Canceling the ni? request for now.
