Steps to reproduce:
1. Load MP-stage Reviewer Tools page https://marketplace.allizom.org/reviewers/
2. Go to Queue-Apps and click on a paid app (i.e. https://marketplace.allizom.org/reviewers/app/packaged-app-true/ )
3. Observe the label of the installation button

Expected results:
The price is listed on the button.

Actual results:
Button is labeled “Install”.

Notes/Issues:
Issue is not reproducing on Consumer Pages.
Issue cannot be seen for all apps.
Verified on FF42(Win 7). Issue is reproducing on MP-stage and MP-dev.

It doesn't seem to be a new issue. What is happening is that those apps with missing prices use carrier-billing, and the API call made by reviewer tools is region-less, and therefore region is set to restofworld for that request, so the price returned is `null`.

The detail page seems to do things differently, and directly uses the price tier label (which works in all regions) instead of the real price. Modifying the Reviewer Search API to use the price tier might be a solution here.
