ClearPrivateDataTests -> testClearsTopSitesPanel() & testClearsHistoryPanel()
ToolbarTests -> testLandscapeNavigationWithTabSwitch() (Crashes tests)
HistoryTests -> testHistoryUI()

ClearPrivateDataTests failures caused by tab tray not refreshing when the modal settings is dismissed because when in form mode viewWillNotAppear is not called on iPad.
