Details
I could find a way to translate Pontoon's Intro page, but I couldn't find a way to translate Pontoon itself. Strings like "Back to list", "Machinery", "Not on the current page", etc., seemed to be hard-coded and unlocalizable. It's wrong to assume that all translators know English. For some locales it may make more sense to translate from French, Russian or other languages.

In that case, there should be also an option to set the Pontoon UI locale per user, not decide about the UI locale according to the locale translating to.

We started working on this as part of Translate.Next by making the Translate view localizable.
We have several bugs on file and we'll probably file more as we go.
