I tried submitting this form 5 times. The first 4 times I selected no to the
wallet dialog, and the 5th time I said yes. All 5 attempts caused apprunner to
crash. As a side note, I crashed appruner once while displaying this page by
resizeing the window, but I could not duplicate it.

Using the 1999070614 (actually the August 14, 1999) build, I don't crash at the
above URL using apprunner on Red Hat Linux 6.0. After submitting the form,
apprunner still doesn't crash, although there is some kind of wacky problem
going on that prevents it from happening correctly (you get a server error
message telling you that 'the specified form field cannot be found'
(FORM.CONTACT_NAME)). So, there is a problem, but it isn't a crash AFAIK.

I just tested it using build 199081210 under win98 and apprunner does not
crash, but the form does NOT get submitted correctly. It submitted correctly
under IE5.

There's definitely a problem here, yes. Perhaps you could track down the problem
in terms of form submission, and then reopen and revise this bug? That would be
a huge help... thanks!
