directories using "File | Print Address Book..."

Print Address Book doesn't work for LDAP directories.

Note we should also check what happens for subsets of LDAP directories.

there is the same problem in all version (from release 3.x to release 10.0):
From the AddressBook, if I select an LDAP directory and the I click to File - Print AddressBook, the program prints an empty page
