Overview: LDAP printing currently prints nothing.

- Printing LDAP cards
- Printing LDAP address books
- Printing LDAP mailing lists (do LDAP mailing lists exist?)

Print Address Book doesn't work for LDAP directories.

there is the same problem in all version (from release 3.x to release 10.0):
From the AddressBook, if I select an LDAP directory and the I click to File - Print AddressBook, the program prints an empty page
