1.Launch Settings and enter "Downloads".
2.Tap the button behind the downloading file and the stopped file.

Gregor, this doesn't seem related to bug 1176909. Bug 1176909 was simply a dialog sizing issue related to when the software home button was in use. This bug is related to functionality in the settings app.
