Details
It's essential that the translated strings have appropriate lang and dir attributes. Without this, strings in languages written right-to-left are displayed as left to right, and this makes them unreadable. The CSS selector is something like '#entitylist li.entity p.string-wrapper span.translation-string', but please use HTML lang and dir instead of CSS direction. Thanks. (This is similar to Bug 1190796, but for another element.)

Since the use of dir/lang attributes across the entire and fixes for that are being discussed in bug 1190566, I'm marking this as duplicate.
