Steps to reproduce:
1. Extras-> Options-> Security
2. Enable Master Keyword
3. Save some Website-Passwords
4. Open Password List and remove one
4a Extras-> Options-> Security -> Saved Passwords
4b. remove a Password
4c click close
5.
Actual results:
If you Delete a Password and close the Saved passwords list, the list is not gonna be saved and all Passwords will remain if "Use Master Keyword" is enabled.
Expected results:
The List should be saved as supposed without the deleted username/password combination. IMAO it works only if the master keyword option is disabled.

Are you really using FF28? If yes, this version is completely outdated.
Please, update to FF39 and check if the issue is still here.
