Description:
When there are a lot of status bar icons and the time is short there will be enough room for another icon in the status bar. this icon can overlap the search bar.

Prerequisite:
Turn on a lot of things that have status bar icons (Bluetooth, Wifi, NFC, ADB, etc)

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150804030213
2) Wait for, or set the time to 6:26
3) Open an app
4) Observe status bar

Actual:
The status bar icons are overlapping the search bar

Expected:
It is expected that the status bar icons do not overlap the search bar

Environmental Variables:
Device: Flame 2.5 [Full Flash]
Build ID: 20150804030213

This issue could have been caused when the app title feature is introduced within collapsed search bar. The search bar width is wider on 2.5 than 2.2 because of that.

The repro rate is not high enough to get a window for this bug. I discussed this with reporter and in order for this bug to reproduce the user needs to have very specific set of icons like shown in the screenshot (dual sim, 6:26, wifi, and adb) and even with this condition the repro rate is low.

Once it happens it happens for awhile but it remains unknown to us what exactly triggers the issue to occur at the first place. Removing regression window wanted.

This is not completely resolved, if you look at the status bar in the browser there is still an overlap. (This is because the rocketbar is bigger in the browser).

To reproduce what I'm talking about:
1) Open up the browser (Whilst writing this I'm looking at the Facebook app which uses the browser)
2) Scroll down to minimize the rocketbar
3) look at the top of the screen and you will see the issue
