11914 - [PP] Win32 - Prefs UI category list too long, doesn't show

Description

Build ID: 1999070614 (14-aug-99 presumably)
Platform: Windows 98 (couldn't reproduce on linux)

To reproduce:
- Launch apprunner
- Select Edit | Preferences

Result: The Category list is too long for the allotted space. Everything after
Disk Space or so is left off; occasionally, due to other bugs, the list will
shrink in size and Composer will become visible.

Expected result: The prefs window should be able to show you all available
prefs.

This will probably no do autoresize....will only have a scrollbar

Is this because of a layout deficiency or because you or someone else has
something against it?

this is a UI problem. If the list is very large then you would
get a dialog that would take up most of the screen.  That is a bad thing
ususally.  It should not be a problem since we are going to have
the nodes of the tree closed anyways so it usually will not have a scroll bar.

Bulk move of all Pref UI component bugs to new Preferences component.  Pref UI 
component will be deleted.
