classifying 3 jobs, one selected, then clicking "n" for next will go to the first unclassified, not the next

Details

this has to do with the way we rely on the DOM for the last selected job.  Now that group counts are implemented, this works differently.

The same issue is true for next and previous with the right and left arrows.
