Affected builds:
- Firefox 38.1.1 ESR
- latest Nightly 42.0a1
- latest Aurora 41.0a2
- Firefox 36.0 RC

Affected OS`s:
- Windows 7 64-bit

Unaffected OS`s:
- Mac OS X 10.10.4
- Ubuntu 14.04 32-bit

STR:
1. Open https://bug874851.bmoattachments.org/attachment.cgi?id=752699
2. Print the first page

Expected results: Page is printed properly.

Actual results: On top of each page there is a large white space which cuts from the actual context of the page. (see screenshot attached)

Notes:
- This is not a recent regression, it reproduces with Firefox 36.0RC as well.
I've tried this on Windows 7 x64, using Firefox 39.0.3 and ESR 38.1.1 but did not see the issue. Maybe it's hardware specific.
i can't reproduce it with virtual printers on Win 7 x64 with FF40.
