1191838 - Tc-gip(f1) appears to not yet be in a log parsable format for Treeherder

Apologies if this is a dupe, I searched the existing blockers in meta bug 778688.

Steps to reproduce:
o open Treeherder stage where these jobs are visible by default
o quick filter for:
b2g device image opt gaia python integration tests [tc] gaia python functional integration tests tc-gip(f1)
o select any failed tc-gip(f1) job
o open logviewer

Expected:
Failed steps in logviewer.

Observed:
A correct state 'testfailed', but incorrectly there are no failed steps loaded.

This hopefully will be fixed when treeherder log parsing logic changes.  Keeping this bug open just so we make sure we verify it after that treeherder fix goes in.
