Build ID: 1999070614 (actually 14-Aug-99) Platform: Mac OS, Linux; not currently displaying on Win32 To reproduce: - Launch apprunner - Select Preferences from the Edit menu - Click on Advanced in the Category list Result: The first line displayed in the pane does not make good sense, and a space is missing between the first two words (advanced and changing). Expected result: I'm not sure what to expect here. The 'Changing prefs that affect the entire product' string sounds like it's an orphaned tooltip or something; it doesn't seem like proper English, either. If it's supposed to be on the same line as Advanced, there should definitely be a space there.

Bulk move of all Pref UI component bugs to new Preferences component. Pref UI component will be deleted.
